Jeff currently resides in Tokyo, Japan, where he is a District Educational Technologist for the U.S. Department of Defense Education Activity. He earned his Master of Education in Information Science and Learning Technologies through the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2013. Jeff first heard the concepts of "true charity" at the first TCI Leadership Forum in 2012, He and his wife relocated to Japan the following year but continued serving at a distance through designing multimedia to promote the philosophy of TCI and its events.
